A teenager has been arrested in the killing of one man and the wounding of a second during a purported gun deal Saturday night.

Tyveen Jamal Davis, 16, is facing charges of capital murder and first-degree battery in the shootings of Angel Gonzalez, 30, and Uriel Costillo-Mata, 20.

Gonzalez later died.

Police said the two were shot and robbed at 10312 W. Baseline Road by three men after the victims arranged to buy a gun through someone they met on Facebook.

Costillo-Mata was initially listed in critical condition. A condition update wasn't immediately available Tuesday.

According to a report, Davis was arrested on warrants about 9 p.m. at his residence on Merrivale Drive in Little Rock.

The report didn't indicate how Davis was identified as a suspect or whether police believe they know the identities of any other suspects.

The report did note that prosecutors approved charging Davis as an adult.

He remained in the Pulaski County jail Tuesday morning with bail not yet set.
