Police charged a Little Rock man Wednesday morning with multiple felony counts of breaking and entering after he was arrested inside a fenced-in area at a city maintenance shop, according to an arrest report.

David Wood, 41, of 5101 H St. No. 3, was arrested at 7 a.m. Wednesday at 4900 Rebsamen Park Road and charged with four felony counts of breaking and entering (auto) and two felony counts of breaking and entering (structure), along with felony first-degree criminal mischief and felony theft of property, police reported.

Police said Wood climbed the fence at the shop and entered a shed and four city vehicles, before spray painting a vehicle and the building.
