Pulaski Academy utility vehicle stolen, police say

Little Rock police are searching for an electric utility vehicle that was stolen from Pulaski Academy's baseball complex.

About 11:46 a.m. Monday, police responded to 19121 Denny Road, where officers talked to school director of operations Brian Muldrow, according to a Little Rock Police Department report.

Muldrow said he went to the complex June 22 and saw that the front gate was open and unlocked with no forced entry, the report states.

When Muldrow returned to the complex on Monday, he found that the school’s green John Deere utility vehicle was missing from the dugout’s storage building, police said.

Muldrow said no practices have been taking place at the fields and only contract workers have been working at the complex. Police said a tractor was parked inside the storage building behind the utility vehicle and the burglars had to move the tractor to get the vehicle.

The burglars tried to break into the press box, locker room and shed, but failed, the report states.

No video surveillance caught the burglary, and no fingerprints were found, police said.

No arrests have been made.
