Update:
Pine Bluff prison escapee Jason Satterfield was apprehended Friday afternoon in Pulaski County, Arkansas Department of Correction officials say.
Department of Corrections spokesman Cathy Frye said two Arkansas State Police special agents saw Satterfield walking down Arkansas 161 near Rosemary Road about 2 p.m. He was taken into custody without incident, Frye said.
Authorities had been searching the area after a truck they believed had been stolen by Satterfield was found near Eureka Garden Road in Pulaski County. Frye said a dog team from the Tucker unit was used in the search.
Satterfield will be transported back to Pine Bluff for questioning before being taken to a Department of Corrections maximum-security facility, Frye said. No additional charges for Satterfield have been filed yet, she said.

Police on Friday found the truck believed to be stolen by Pine Bluff prison escapee Jason Satterfield.
The truck was found about 9:30 a.m in a residential area near North Little Rock, Arkansas State Police spokesman Bill Sadler said.
Authorities previously said the truck had been spotted less than three miles from where the inmate had taken the vehicle.
Prison officials say the work-release inmate at the state Department of Correction's Pine Bluff Unit stole $190 and the truck from Whitten Concrete Co. about 8:30 a.m. Thursday. Arkansas State Police say the white, 1990 Ford F-350 flatbed truck is seen on a business surveillance camera on the north side of Pine Bluff about 9:15 a.m.
The truck has a boarded, black flatbed and the license plate number B295571.
The Department of Correction said Satterfield had been working at the concrete company since June 11.
Satterfield is serving a 15-year sentence for a hot check violation and has previous convictions for fraud and forgery.
