4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Amber Rabel, 26, of 1233 Stokenbury Lane in Elkins was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• John Schmidt, 25, of 1233 Stokenbury Lane in Elkins was arrested Friday in connection with delivery of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Arkansas State Police

• Thomas Esler, 42, of 2697 N. Center St. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and three misdemeanor offenses. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• Katy Khanthavong, 26, of 1322 N. 47th St. in Fort Smith was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear. She was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Michael David Booth, 25, of 1602 S. Brooks Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, first-degree forgery, residential burglary and misdemeanor violation of a protection order. He was being held Saturday with no bond set in the Benton County Jail.

• Nathan Ryan Gobble, 22, of 65 Blackjack Lane in Pineville, Mo., was arrested Friday in connection with theft of property. He was being held Saturday with no bond set in the Benton County Jail.

Bentonville

• Dusty Lorraine Slinkard, 21, of 13441 W. U.S. 72 in Hiwasse was arrested Friday in connection with careless driving; driving while license suspended; possession of a controlled substance; with two instances of possession of a controlled substance, schedule IV, V; and with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine. She was being held Saturday with no bond set in the Benton County Jail.

Fayetteville

• Laurie Keas, 39, of 920 N. Leverette Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property. She was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

Johnson

• Damian Mason, 29, of 320 E. Southern Trace Drive in Rogers was arrested Friday for second-degree sexual assault. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond.

Rogers

• Ryan James Wolf, 24, of 4319 W. Murfield was arrested Friday in connection with felony parole violation, domestic battering in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a minor, second degree. He was being held Saturday with no bond set in the Benton County Jail.

• Maurice Tolefree, 31, of 314 Strawberry Meadows Apartments was arrested Saturday in connection with second-degree battery and a misdemeanor offense. He was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Gonzalo Sanchez, 32, of 501 B David St. was arrested Friday in connection with domestic aggravated assault and terroristic threatening. He was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• David Tincher, 53, of 1000 Heather St. was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor offense. He was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• Hector Vega Torres, 20, of 105 N. Melody St. in Lowell was arrested Friday in connection with attempted capital murder, engaging in a continuing criminal gang organization or enterprise, possession of a firearm by certain persons and failure to appear. He was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $200,000 bond and was being held for three other departments.

• Johnny Asher, 67, of 1551 Leverette Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

• Scott Sanders, 59, of 13755 Goose Creek Road in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with second-degree battery. He was released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Nakima Woodruff, 34, of 2206 Dogwood Place in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with forgery. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
