• Marizza Cortinas-Huerta, 31, of 11853 State Highway 90 in Noel, Mo., was arrested Saturday in connection with felony failure to appear and three counts of misdemeanor failure to appear. Cortinas was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $53,810 bond.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Joseph Mason Bowers, 20, of 2216 S. 16th St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with one misdemeanor and one felony count of failure to appear. Bowers was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $3,000 bond.

• Lucas Hake, 21, of 3216 S.W. Stoneway Ave. in Bentonville was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV or V controlled substance, a tail lamp or reflector violation, driving left of center, refusal to submit to arrest and misdemeanor fleeing by vehicle. Hake was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Monica R. Hughes, 43, of 428 W. Greenwood St. in Mustang, Okla., was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hughes was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robert Allan Hughes, 44, of 104 Green Gate Drive, Yukon, Okla., was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hughes was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Megan Jillian Hurley, 25, of 400 Old Forge Drive in Bentonville was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hurley was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Chad Sparks, 33, of 9 Whyndam Lane in Bella Vista, was arrested Saturday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sparks was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Rodney Lane Thomas, 36, of 655 Zachary in Centerton was arrested Saturday in connection with second-degree felony battery and misdemeanor third-degree battery. Thomas was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Juan Carlos Hernandez, 44, of 2990 Buckeye Ave. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with five counts of aggravated assault and a misdemeanor count of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Hernandez was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robbie Shawn McDowell, 38, of 14690 Appaloosa Circle in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with felony counts of second-degree battery, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and misdemeanor counts of careless driving and driving while license suspended, canceled or revoked. McDowell was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Alejandro Antonio Gomez, 23, of 1299 Electric Ave. in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and a revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Gomez was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Ashley Helm, 28, of 107 N. Blake Drive in Wagoner, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with felony theft by receiving, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake. Helm was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• An industrial oven fire was reported at 9:03 a.m. Sunday from American Air Filter, 2355 S. Armstrong Ave. The building was evacuated because of hazardous material stored in nearby warehouses. The fire was out by 9:12 a.m.

• A house fire was reported at 1:36 a.m. Sunday from 4300 N. Crossover Road.

• A Dumpster on fire was reported at 12:09 a.m. Sunday from behind Mountain Man Supplies and Pawn in the Southgate Shopping Center, 1650 S School Ave. Vines near the Dumpster were on fire, a person reported.

• A hit-and-run accident between a truck and mailboxes was reported at 6:50 a.m. Sunday from 2700 West Dove Drive.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 11:52 p.m. Saturday from 3010 N. College Ave. after a Jeep hit a person on a scooter.

• A hit and run accident was reported at 7:54 p.m. Saturday from 2638 W. Old Farmington Road.

• A wreck was reported at 12:11 a.m. Sunday from 3225 Dogwood St. after a person spotted an abandoned white car blocking the road, it's front end badly damaged after hitting a guardrail.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 3:52 p.m. Saturday from 436 E. Meadow Wood Lane.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 2:11 p.m. Friday from Dixieland Road and Walnut Street. After the accident the driver who left saw the driver of the other vehicle in Price Cutter and denied hitting her, according to police logs.

• Indecent exposure was reported at 10:43 a.m. Sunday from 413 N. West Ave. after a person a man spotted who stripped off his clothes and crouched naked between two cars on the first floor of the parking lot. The person told police it's not the first time they've spotted a naked man in the parking garage.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 10:31 a.m. Sunday from 1261 N. Steamboat Drive Suite 1.

• Theft was reported at 9:51 a.m. Sunday from 1189 N. Steamboat Drive, Suite 2 after two people carrying bags removed from the Goodwill Donation Center were spotted walking in the Harps parking lot on Colorado Drive.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 8:05 a.m. Sunday from a job site near the intersection of Mount Comfort Road and Lewis Avenue after several trucks and pieces of equipment were found with windows or windshields broken.

• Rape was reported at 5:39 a.m. Sunday on Shamblin Avenue.

• Trespass was reported at 2:14 a.m. and 1 a.m. Sunday from The Chancellor Hotel, 70 N. East Ave.

• A 1993 Ford Ranger was reported stolen at 12:49 a.m. Sunday from 2723 W. Dove Drive. Police found that the vehicle had either been taken on a joy ride or went out of gear. It hit four mailboxes.

• Burglary was reported at 12:44 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 62 E. Seventh St. after a man opened the door to an upstairs apartment as people were leaving. The man then went downstairs and entered an apartment below.

• A person reported nine or 10 shots fired at 11:57 p.m. Saturday from the 2900 block of E. Sterling Court.

• A person reported hearing a single gunshot at 11:19 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 4151 N. Falling Water Way.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 10:15 p.m. Saturday from 3393 W. Buckeye St. after windows in two vehicles were damaged.

• Theft of bicycles was reported at 9:08 p.m. Saturday from 3316 W. Jewell Road.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 9:04 p.m. Saturday from 3919 N. Mall Ave. after a vehicle was egged in the parking lot.

• A teenage shoplifter was reported at 7:52 p.m. Saturday from 3919 N. Mall Ave.

• Assault was reported at 7:42 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 47 S. Gregg Ave. after a man showed up and said he'd been assaulted at the swimming hole, then left again.

• Police asked three medical facilities to go on lockdown after reports of gunshots from a wooded area while they tried to convince a naked man to come out of a drainage pipe. At 5:41 p.m. Saturday people started calling police from the area of 415 E. Longview St. One reported gunshots and another reported a naked man who had been throwing things at him and hiding in the woods. After the man was spotted running toward one of the facilities, police requested Brookstone Assisted Living Community, 415 E Longview St.; Washington Regional Medical Center, 3215 N. Northhills Blvd., and Willard Walker Hospice Home, 325 E Longview St. to go on lockdown at about 6 p.m. The 28-year-old man was found in a drainage pipe under Longview off Wimberly and taken into custody. The hospitals were told the threat was over after about 20 minutes.

• Assault and battery was reported at 3:36 p.m. Saturday from 272 E. Joyce Blvd. A manager at one of the stores in the strip mall said a white man and two black men came into the store and one of the three pulled a handgun before driving away in a white sport utility vehicle.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 3:32 p.m. Saturday from 415 E. Longview St.

• Counterfeit money was reported at 3:12 p.m. Saturday from Walgreens, 2964 W. Martin Luther King Blvd., after the business took in four fake $20 bills that afternoon.

• A fake $20 bill used on Friday was reported at 2:33 p.m. Saturday from a gas station at 1417 W. Martin Luther King Blvd.

• Theft was reported at 2:18 p.m. Saturday from 4201 N. Shiloh Drive, Suite D400

• Burglary and theft of a weed trimmer and other items kept in a garage was reported at 2:01 p.m. Saturday from 2729 N. Stanton Ave.

• A license plate was reported stolen at 4:55 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 106 N. Platinum Drive.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 1:49 p.m. Saturday from 4717 W. Soapstone Drive after a vehicle was damaged.

• A disturbance involving three or four women slapping each other in church was reported at 11:50 a.m. Saturday at Central United Methodist Church, 205 W. Martin Luther King Blvd.

• Theft was reported after a man was spotted stuffing items in his shirt at a gas station at 11:04 a.m. Saturday from 2333 W. Martin Luther King Blvd.

• Assault and battery was reported at 9:51 a.m. Saturday from Motel 6, 2980 N. College, after a person said a manager had hit someone with a cart.

• A disturbance was reported at 5 a.m. Saturday from 609 W. Dickson St. after a driver of a red sport utility vehicle threatened to Taser the person who called police.

• Battery was reported at 12:32 a.m. Sunday from 3102 S. Seventh St. after a fight ended a party. The person who called police said a 17-year-old girl had been hit in the head but did not appear to have serious injuries. The girl left before police arrived.

• A teenage boy was cited for third-degree battery after he pulled a pocket knife and threatened to slash tires, threatened a man and hit a woman in the back of the neck at 12:13 a.m. Sunday near 13th and New Hope Road.

• A man was arrested for felony prescription possession, disorderly and public intoxication after he was found intoxicated at the corner of JB Hunt Drive and Northgate drive at 11:54 p.m. Saturday.

• Burglary was reported at 11:23 p.m. Saturday from 3803 W. Locust St.

• A man came to the Rogers Police Department reporting another person said via text they would try to kill him at 11:04 p.m. Saturday.

• Theft of backyard belongings including a ladder and damage to lights was reported at 10:34 p.m. Saturday from 1710 S. Beth Drive.

• Theft was reported at 4:54 p.m. Saturday from 823 S. 20th St.

• A suspicious event was reported at 4:22 p.m. Saturday from 3500 S. Rife Medical Lane after a person told police a man had been hiding in the trail head bathroom for four hours.

• Assault was reported at 1:43 p.m. Saturday from Mercy Hospital, 2710 S. Rife Medical Lane in Rogers after a person was assaulted by a patient in ICU.

• Theft of a weed trimmer from a garage sale was reported at 4:42 p.m. Friday from 1405 S. Fifth St.

• A woman reported at 4:27 p.m. Friday she was thrown out of a window last week at Eighth Street Motel, 915 S. Eight St. by a man known as "Cool Bob." The woman told police she'd been treated for her injuries.
