Film camp finale

The T Tauri Movie Camp will offer a finale screening of all of the work created at the 11th annual summer camp, which offers video production workshops for kids and teens, at 7 p.m. Saturday in Independence Hall, University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville, 2005 White Drive, Batesville.

The screening will feature videos from this year's Music Video, Depicting Zombies, Stop Motion Animation and Script to Screen workshops and some of the winning videos in the Arkansas Educational Telecommunications Network Student Selects competition, produced in high schools throughout the state.

Big swing band

The 17-piece Stardust Big Band will perform for local and regional dancers at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Arlington Resort Hotel, 239 Central Ave., Hot Springs. Admission is $10, free for K-12 students. Call (501) 767-5482 or visit stardustband.net.

Trek concert tickets

Tickets -- $40-$70 -- go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday for "Star Trek: The Ultimate Voyage," a 100-city-plus North American concert tour, with a performance at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 29 at the Orpheum Theatre, 203 S. Main St., Memphis.

The concert features a symphony orchestra performing music from Star Trek films and TV series while footage simultaneously appears in high definition on a 40-foot-wide screen.
