It's sink or swim as the annual World Championship Cardboard Boat Race takes on a "Jimmy Buffett Style" theme, 10 a.m. Saturday. Located at Dam Site Park on Greers Ferry Lake in Heber Springs, the race features a flotilla of cardboard vessels all competing for prizes such as the Pride of the Fleet Award and the Titanic Award (for most dramatic sinking). Land-based activities include a treasure dig, a watermelon-eating contest and a volleyball tournament. Spectator admission is free and boat registration is $65-$70. 8 REALISM

Crystal Bridges looks at six decades of art by Jamie Wyeth in its latest exhibit, opening Saturday. The exhibit includes works by Wyeth ranging from childhood drawings to his approaches to realism and surrealism and will continue through Oct. 5. A special art talk on Wyeth and Andy Warhol by curator Chad Alligood is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday. 10 ROADSHOW

It's no longer possible to get tickets, but PBS' Antiques Roadshow will be in Little Rock on Saturday, part of a six-city tour, with an all-day appraisal event at the Statehouse Convention Center, Markham and Main streets. Specialists from the country's leading auction houses and independent dealers will provide free valuations of antiques and collectibles for about 5,000 folks who got tickets through an invitation lottery or via social media contests; the show will create three hour-long episodes to air during its 20th season in 2016 (7 p.m. Mondays on the Arkansas Educational Television Network).
