Priority violations: Pizza sauce at 46 degrees; potentially hazardous food must be 41 degrees or below or use four hours then discard.

The Gold Club at Valley View

Core violations: Handwash sink in kitchen is lacking hot water. Single service cups are stored on the floor in the kitchen; single service items must be stored at least six inches off the floor. Utensils in food product must have handles; cups are being used in sugar and salt to scoop without handles. Nonfood contact surfaces must remain clean and sanitized in between use; microwave needs to be cleaned and sanitized.
