Getting it straight

A federal judge found the Department of Homeland Security's policy of detaining children with their mothers after they have crossed the U.S.-Mexico border violated an 18-year-old court settlement. A story in Sunday's editions, relying on inaccurate information from The Associated Press, erroneously reported which federal agency was violating the 1997 settlement that barred children from being held in unlicensed secure facilities.
