TULSA — Police in Tulsa say the suspect in the shooting death of a man on the city's north side is now in custody.
Police say the suspect was found at an apartment in south Tulsa on Thursday and he surrendered to police.
The man is suspected in the Thursday morning shooting death of 20-year-old Joey Aguirre. Police say Aguirre was found dead in the street where he had apparently collapsed after being shot while inside a nearby home.
