Officers are investigating Tuesday after a body was found in a Searcy creek, police say.
Searcy Police Department spokesman Steve Hernandez said officers were called to Gin Creek off Moore Street about 3 p.m. where they found a deceased adult male.
The body has been sent to the Arkansas Crime Lab to determine the cause of death, Hernandez said.
The man will not be identified until the next of kin can be located, Hernandez said.
