Katherine Harriet Carey and Warren Miles Amerine Stephens were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at North Chapel in Woodstock, Vt. The Rev. Christoph Keller III officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Jerline Holte Searle of Port Orchard, Wash., and Patrick James Carey of Duluth, Minn. She is the granddaughter of Harriet Hahn Holte of Greenbush, Minn., and the late Martin Holte, and Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Theodore Carey.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Amerine Stephens of Little Rock. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Pierce Calhoun, Mary Amerine Stephens and Jackson Thomas Stephens.

The bride was escorted by her father and presented in marriage by her parents. She wore a gown of French Chantilly rose lace with hand-embroidered cording that extended to a cathedral-length train. Her cathedral veil was of silk tulle with Chantilly lace edging. She carried an antique lace handkerchief that belonged to her paternal grandmother. Her bouquet included peonies, ranunculus and garden roses in ivory, champagne and blush tones.

Serving as maid of honor was Victoria Regina Maceira of Brooklyn, N.Y. Bridesmaids were Margaret Ashley Montgoris, Grace Huntley Garde, Corina Din-Lovinescu and Laura Whitaker Stephens, sister of the groom, all of New York; Morgan Jean Hartley of San Diego; and Ozioma Elizabeth Oji of St. Paul, Minn. Emelia Carey Carlson of Denver, niece of the bride, served as a junior bridesmaid. They wore blush chiffon gowns and carried bouquets of ivory peonies and ranunculus.

The father of the groom and John Calhoun Stephens of New York, brother of the groom, served as best men. Groomsmen were Thaddeus Edwin Olchowski of New York; Samuel Collins Baber, Spencer Howell Davis and Ryan Edward Mahoney, all of Little Rock; Joseph Edward Cavanaugh of Chicago; Jacob Colon Pawlowski of Evanston, Ill.; and Peter Edward Roller of San Francisco. Holden Michael Elfert of Stuttgart, Germany, nephew of the bride, served as junior attendant. Ushers were David Charles Hesselbein, Joseph Barber Hurst III, William Arlen Crass and Philip Ahrens Bemberg, all of Little Rock.

A tented wedding reception was held at Billings Farm following the ceremony. Guest tables were centered with arrangements of peonies, garden roses, sweet peas and ranunculus in peach, blush and ivory tones seated in classic polished silver vases.

The bride is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She received her juris doctorate from Columbia University in New York and will be an associate at Friday, Eldredge and Clark LLP.

The groom received a bachelor's degree in history from Dartmouth College and a master's of business administration from Columbia University. He is a vice president at Stephens Inc.

Following a wedding trip, the couple will reside in Little Rock.
