WHAT: Fiber One Cheesecake Bars

THE SKINNY: Cereal. Bars. Brownies. Cookies. Bread. Fruit snacks. Muffin/pancake mixes. Pudding. Cottage cheese. Is there anything Fiber One doesn't make?
Well, cheesecake. Until now. The brand has introduced two cheesecake bars -- Salted Caramel and Strawberry. And they're more satisfying (main ingredient: cream cheese) than we could have hoped. Rich with a stripe of flavoring and a drizzle of sweet icing, Fiber One nailed the texture and taste. And we're happy to report that these bars, unlike many of the brand's products, contain no laxative-esque chicory root extract.
Fiber One fans also will be happy to know the brand expanded its Crunchy Cookies line (previously just Chocolate Chip) to include a crisp, airy Sugar flavor. Each individually wrapped cookie contains 110 calories and 6 fat, 18 carbohydrate, 5 fiber and zero protein grams, as well as some of that dreaded chicory root extract. Also sold at Target in boxes of six.
