Little Rock police on Thursday arrested an 18-year-old man suspected of stealing a car, firing two shots at the victim and then wrecking the car.
Alex Johnson of Little Rock is also suspected of assaulting a Pulaski County sheriff's deputy before running from police. He is being held at the Pulaski County jail on charges of aggravated robbery, second-degree battery, fleeing and two counts of theft of property. Police did not release the date these incidents occurred.
Johnson was still on the jail's roster Thursday night.
