A Trumann man was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Poinsett County on Thursday night, according to an Arkansas State Police report.
Michael Clanton, 38, was driving a 2004 Oldsmobile in the southbound lane of Arkansas 163 at 8:35 p.m. He crossed over into the northbound lane in a curve. A 2008 Chevrolet swerved to avoid the collision, but the vehicles crashed head-on, the report said.
The driver of the 2008 Chevrolet was not named or listed as injured in the report.
Roads were dry at the time of the crash.
