Benton County Restaurant Inspections

Priority foundation violations: Walk-in cooler is not keeping foods at 41 degrees or below; at time of inspection air temperature was at 48 degrees.

Priority violations: Hot dog 120 degrees in "Hot Fresh" heating cabinet; must be kept at 135 degrees or above after cooking (corrected).

Priority violations: Sliced onions 53 degrees on prep top; must be kept at 41 degrees or below. Automatic dishwasher was at 0 ppm for chlorine; must be 50 to 100 ppm; must wash, rinse, sanitize in three-compartment sink until fixed. Missing label on spray bottle indicating contents (repeat).

Core violations: Using plate as a scoop in dry rice bin; must be a scoop with handle with handle kept out of rice.
