Cleophus Martin left his job at Cattleman's Restaurant in Texarkana in a vehicle he stole from the parking lot, officials said. The vehicle was a Hertz rental that was being used by a restaurant employee.

Martin, 44, was found and returned to custody just before midnight, Frye said.

Martin was sentenced in 2010 out of Pulaski County to serve 10 years for aggravated robbery.
