• Cleeo Daniel Wright, 26, of 903 S.E. Falcon Lane, Apt. 11 in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with felony aggravated cruelty to an animal and a revoked suspended sentence or probation. Wright was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Richard Ronald Buchanan, 44, of 703 S.W. Sterling Place in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with second-degree domestic battery and misdemeanor failure to appear. Buchanan was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

• Chelsie Elizabeth Munoz, 27, of 10 Tenbury Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Monday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with intent to deliver. Munoz was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Thomas Gowen, 37, of 2215 S. Coleman Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault, first-degree criminal mischief and two misdemeanor offenses. Police said Gowen attempted to run over another man with his vehicle, according to a preliminary report Tuesday. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

• Edwin Leonard, 27, of 20159 Center Road in Winslow was arrested Tuesday in connection with terroristic threatening and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

• Jennifer Blair, 30, of 803 Herron St. in Prairie Grove was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

• Rick Schwellinger, 42, of 306 S.W. A St., No. 3 in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with one felony count and two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Schwellinger was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Miguel Sanchez, 19, of 58 E. Randall Wobbe Lane was arrested Tuesday in connection with residential burglary, theft of property, possession of drug paraphernalia, destruction of property, parole violation, failure to appear and two misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $175,000 bond Tuesday.

• John Oliver Hill, 49, of 800 I Second St. in Decatur was arrested Monday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Hill was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Elliot Davies, 28, of Fayetteville, was arrested Monday in connection with theft by receiving. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $175,000 bond.

• Firefighters put out charring caused by an outlet at 1:42 a.m. Tuesday at 1405 S. Happy Hollow Road, Apt. 8.

• Firefighters were called about an unusual odor at 6:27 p.m. Monday at 2301 S. Matterhorn Blvd. Firefighters found elevated carbon monoxide readings.

• Theft was reported at 1324 Frisco Cemetery Road in Lowell at 7:20 a.m. Monday. A man told police he'd started his vehicle and someone stole his Apple iPad out of his truck while it was running.

• Theft was reported at 4505 S.W. Brooklyn Ave., No. 11 at 6:22 p.m. Sunday.

• Assault was reported at 4606 S.W. Chancery St. at 7:35 p.m. Sunday.

• A person reported shots fired in the area of 2309 S.E. 14th St. at 10:30 a.m. Monday.

• Fraud was reported at 2305 S.E. Eighth St. at 12:53 p.m. Monday.

• Theft was reported at12:26 p.m. Tuesday at 2632 E. Meandering Way.

• Theft was reported at 10:27 a.m. Tuesday at 1122 S. Futrall Drive, Room 217.

• Theft was reported at 1114 S. Fifth St. at 2:26 p.m. Monday.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 1503 W. Pleasant Grove A at 6:48 a.m. Monday after a woman found a bullet hole in her apartment wall. A neighbor was cleaning a weapon the night before and accidentally discharged it, according to police. The bullet clipped her cat's ear, leaving blood and fur on the wall and traveled into a bedroom where it lodged in the wall. The man who fired the weapon was cited for discharging a firearm in the city.

• Fraud was reported at 10:39 a.m. Tuesday at Springdale High School, 101 S. Pleasant St.

• Battery was reported at 10:07 a.m. Tuesday at 1607 Azalea Circle.
