ROGERS -- The Heritage High School softball team will receive the proceeds of a chicken barbecue scheduled for Saturday.
Whitey's Chicken Cookin' Crew will barbecue the chicken, which should be ready for purchase by 9:30 a.m., according to a news release.
The event is at the barbecue pit just east of the intersection of Second and Locust streets in Rogers.
