Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Brayan A. Rodriguez-Baeza, 20, of 21888 Devor Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with sexual assault in the fourth degree and sexual indecency with a child. Rodriguez-Baeza was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Evan Cole Cox, 19, of 4403 S.W. Bermuda Ave. in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Cox was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Benjamin James Christiansen, 33, of 106 S. B St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear, driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked and revoke of suspended sentence or probation. Christiansen was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Police arrested a Springdale man and woman in connection with a robbery at 9:24 a.m. Wednesday at the Harps Food Store, located at 3055 N. College Ave.

Daniel Hurlbut, 23, of 717 Callihan Loop in Springdale was arrested Wednesay in connection with robbery, felon in possession of a firearm and theft by receiving, according to a preliminary report Wednesday. Kristy Nault, who was also in the vehicle police pulled over, was also arrested in connection with thefts, according to a police preliminary report.

Harps employees confronted Hurlbut who was about to steal, according to a police news release. The employees were sprayed with pepper spray, and two people fled in a silver Ford Taurus, according to a police news release. Items from Harps and pepper spray were found in the vehicle, police said in the preliminary report.

Police also found a firearm reported as stolen in Springdale in the vehicle, according to the report. Hurlbut is wanted by Rogers police in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the purpose of delivering, the report said.

Hurlbut hadn't yet been booked into the Washington County Detention Center by 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

• Michael Threlkeld, 47, 3646 S. Tower Circle in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with terroristic threatening and first-degree assault on a family member. He was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond.

• Sharon Champlin, 46, 1555 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with residential burglary and theft by receiving. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Wednesday.

• Herbert Burton, 35, 1259 W. Mount Comfort Road in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with commercial burglary, theft by receiving and violation of a probation or suspended sentence. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Wednesday.

• Robert Conn, 28, 14248 Lott Road in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond Wednesday.

• Zabrian Mitchell, 33, 32 B Highland Road in Benton was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a schedule I or II drug with the intent to deliver and two misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Wednesday.

• Rodney Hughes, 29, 754 S. Erika Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a schedule VI drug with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.

• Irenelisa Torres-Resendiz, 29, 4077 Glenstone Terrace in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with engaging in continuing crime or gang activity, residential burglary, aggravated assault, theft of property and delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond and a $25,000 bond Wednesday.

• Sandra Frederick, 43, 10202 S.E. Campbell Road in Fayetteville was arrested Wednedsay in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Wednesday.

• Joann Jaynes, 53, 12660 N. Cove Creek Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Wednesday in connection with terroristic threatening. She was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.

• Brittany Teague, 28, 220 W. Choctaw Ave. in Sallisaw, Okla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to appear. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $100,000 bond Wednesday.

• Firefighters put out a small chimney fire at about 7:51 p.m. Tuesday at 6878 Zan Loop.

• An identity theft complaint was received at 6:56 p.m. Tuesday from 1205 N.W. K St.

Fayetteville

• At 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, police received a report of a robbery at Best Buy, 464 E. Joyce Blvd. A white man with tattoos on his neck and face reportedly stole computer cords and pushed an employee as he left the store. No arrests have been made in the incident, spokesman Craig Stout said Wednesday.

• An assault and battery was reported at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday at 1334 S. Ellis Ave.

• Shoplifting was reported at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday at the Walmart Supercenter, 2875 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

•Theft was reported at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday at 1607 Azalea Circle.

• Theft was reported at 10:44 a.m. Wednesday at 620 Oak Ave.

• Theft was reported at 10:34 p.m. Tuesday at 2111 S. Old Missouri Road.

• Battery was reported at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday at 3349 Carley Road.

• Fraud was reported at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday at 1904 Melissa Lane.
