FAYETTEVILLE -- A Springdale man pleaded guilty in Washington County Circuit Court to sexual indecency with a child and exploiting a child by computer.
Wilmer Magana-Moreno, 20, filmed himself having sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl and had sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl, according to prosecutors.
Magana-Moreno was sentenced to 13 years, six months at the Arkansas Department of Correction with seven years suspended.
He was ordered to provide a DNA sample, complete a sex-offender counseling program and have no contact with the victims. He also must register as a sex offender.
Magana-Moreno was given credit for 341 days of jail time served.
Prosecutors said there is also a federal immigration hold for Magna-Moreno when he is released from prison.
