For the fourth consecutive race day the surface was wet Sunday but seemed to play fair. Four of the six sprint winners raced within two lengths of the lead at the first call, but five of the six runners-up rallied from fourth or farther back. Heavily favored late-runners won two of the three routes, and the final two-turn race was won in wire-to-wire fashion by a 6-1 horse.
