HELENA-WEST HELENA -- There will be no charges filed in the October death of a 5-month-old Phillips County infant after an autopsy found no signs of foul play, according to the criminal investigation division of the Helena-West Helena Police Department.
An investigator with the department said Tuesday that Zachary Adams died in his sleep at his parents' home on Oct. 17. The investigator said the instance was the first time that police had responded to the home.
