The Razorbacks will play the Terriers on Thursday in Jacksonville, Florida. The winner of the game will play the winner of a game between North Carolina and Harvard on Saturday.
Arkansas is the No. 5 seed in the West Region. The regional semifinals and finals will be played at Staples Center in Los Angeles beginning Thursday, March 26.
Wofford is 28-6 this season and won the Southern Conference Tournament championship. The Terriers enter the tournament on an eight-game winning streak and has won 15 of its last 16 games.
It is the fourth time in six years Wofford has made it to the NCAA Tournament.
The Razorbacks and Terriers had one common opponent - Iona - during the regular season. The Razorbacks beat Iona 94-77, while the Terriers won 86-73.
Arkansas beat Wofford by 22 points in their only previous meeting in 2007.
The Razorbacks enter the NCAA Tournament with a 26-8 record after a 15-point loss to Kentucky in the SEC Tournament championship game Sunday. Arkansas is making its first NCAA postseason appearance since 2008 and first under coach Mike Anderson.
Anderson will coach in the tournament for the seventh time in 13 seasons. He led UAB and Missouri to three tournament appearances apiece.
