An oilfield-services company in Conway said Friday that it has laid off 200 employees in response to its main contract being terminated.
Sam McFadin, chief executive officer of M&M Environmental Group, said he had to let go the majority of his roughly 250 workers Friday after the company lost its contract with Southwestern Energy Co. earlier this week.
A spokesman for Soutwestern Energy could not be immediately reached Friday.
