Robert Santos Frideaux, 40, pleaded innocent during an arraignment before Circuit Judge Brad Karren on Monday. Frideaux is charged with harassment, a Class A misdemeanor.

He was arrested Jan. 23 in connection with first-degree terroristic threatening, a Class D felony. Prosecutors later filed the misdemeanor charge instead.

Frideaux is accused of posting a Facebook message intended to harass or annoy Derek Spicer, a Siloam Springs police officer, according to court documents.

A woman reported to Siloam Springs police that Frideaux threatened Spicer on Facebook, according to court documents. The woman reported she's read many anti-law enforcement posts on Frideaux's Facebook page. Frideaux also said that Spicer used his position to trump up charges against him, which cost him his son, according to the affidavit.
