History tour to stop at NLR apartments

The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program's next "Sandwiching in History" tour will show the Lynch Apartments in North Little Rock's Argenta District at noon Friday. The tour is one of nine scheduled for the remainder of this year, program director Frances McSwain announced.
