Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Michael Daren Colbert, 25, of 405 N. 34th St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with felony failure to appear, four counts of misdemeanor failure to appear, two counts of misdemeanor contempt, driving while license suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance. Colbert was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $5,000 bond

• Tyler James Jermain, 18, of Rolling Hills Road in Seligman, Mo., was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear. Jermain was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Harold Campbell, 30, of 1907 West Oak in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of two counts of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Campbell had a syringe and several prescription mediation pills on him during a traffic stop early Sunday near College and Joyce. Campbell was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• Steven Counts, 26, of 8 Hollow Way in Bella Vista was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and an improper lane change. Counts was the driver of a vehicle with two other people arrested for drug paraphernalia including a marijuana pipe, two scales, a syringe. Counts was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• Michael Martinez, 23, of 766 Summerhill Apt. was arrested Sunday in connection with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and destruction of vital public property. Martinez was being held Sunday in Washington County Detention Center on a $5,285 bond.

• Chelsea Montgomery, 29, of 18 Alton Circle in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations and a hold for another department. Montgomery initially told Fayetteville police her name was Alexandria Silakus. Items in her possession tested positive for methamphetamine residue. Montgomery was transferred to the Benton County Jail Sunday and was being held there with no bond set.

• Brian White, 28, of 8545 Spruce Drive in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication and loitering. White was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,095 bond.

• Zachary Wilson, 27, of 1009 W. Linden St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with a felony parole violation, obstructing governmental operations, possession of drug paraphernalia, loitering and public intoxication. Wilson was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,630 bond.

• Dallas Glen Scott, 40, of 4203 E. Ashley St. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony theft of property, possession of a firearm by certain persons and felony failure to appear. Scott was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Julio Aguirre-Aleman, 22, of 2929 Mimosa Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with forgery, public intoxication and obstructing governmental operations. Aguirre was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• James Libokmeto, 20, of 2933 Center Street in Salem, Ore., was arrested Saturday in connection with felony warrants from other agencies, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and criminal trespass. Libkometo was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center for an unspecified agency.

• James Penner, 26, of 1776 Par Lane was arrested Saturday in connection with third-degree domestic battery. Penner was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Pascual Carbajal, 21, of 401 Geneava St. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a firearm by certain persons and fleeing. Carbajal was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• Assault was reported at 7:46 a.m. Saturday from 1311 S.E. Moberly Manor Lane.

• Harrassing communication was reported at 1:20 p.m. Saturday from 1404 S. Walton Blvd.

• Theft was reported at 4:19 p.m. Saturday from 3609 S.E. Moberly Lane.

• Theft of an orange Mazda 6, purchased Monday, was reported at 11:14 a.m. Sunday from 2734 N. Valencia Ave.

• Theft of a child's scooter was reported at 11:03 a.m. Sunday from 1207 S. West Ave.

• A window broken with a rock and possible burglary was reported at 10:55 a.m. Sunday from 2555 N. College Ave.

• Theft of medication was reported at 9:18 a.m. Sunday from 1328 S. Wood Ave. Apt. 4.

• A vehicle parked in the finish line for the Hogeye Marathon was towed at 5:51 a.m. Sunday.

• Theft of a phone was reported at 2:29 a.m. Sunday from 331 W. Watson St.

• Police found a man passed out in a white car at 3:23 a.m. Sunday at 311 W. Dickson St.

• A caller reported two intoxicated men, one in a bathroom in the business and one passed out in a car outside at 1:29 a.m. Sunday from 2584 N. Gregg Ave.

• Theft of a black Mercedez Benz was reported at 11:33 p.m. Saturday from Staybridge Suites, 1577 W. Fifteenth St. The people who had the vehicle told the owner that he would need to give them money and another vehicle for its return.

• Assault and battery was reported at 7:44 p.m Saturday from near Meandering Way and Arthur's Court after a person reported someone reached into his vehicle and took a swing at him.

• Theft was reported at 4:20 p.m. Saturday from 3575 N. Shiloh Drive.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 4:02 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 401 S. Lewis Ave. after the windshield to a Mitsubishi Mirage was broken in three places.

• Indecent exposure was reported at 3:55 p.m. Saturday from 2810 W. Old Farmington Road after a 53-year-old man pulled his pants down in front of a woman's window and continued to expose himself and stare at her.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 3:15 p.m. Saturday from 724 W. Sycamore St. after a person retrieved surveillance video of people destroying benches on Feb. 9.

• Theft of electronics, including a Nintendo DS, was reported at 2:34 p.m. Saturday from 4102 N. Sunflower Circle.

• Theft of a dog was reported at 2:24 p.m. Saturday from 8840 W. Forest Hills Drive.

• Identity theft was reported at 12:20 p.m. Saturday from 1969 N. Austin Drive.

• Forgery was reported at 11:42 a.m. Saturday from 1756 N. Crossover Road Suite 1 after a counterfeit $50 bill was taken in Friday.

• Theft of a silver Huzhou scooter was reported at 6:12 a.m. Saturday from 1727 W. Reap Drive At. C. The owner told police it is the third time the scooter has been stolen from his apartment.

• Theft of a bag was reported at 7:30 a.m. Saturday from 260 W. Wedington Drive.

• Employee theft was reported at 10:48 Saturday from 504 E. 15th St.

Rogers

• Burglary was reported at 6:32 p.m. Saturday from 2703 N.E. Hudson Road. The caller told police the break-in was through the back window.

• Theft of a wallet was reported at 6:51 p.m. Saturday from 201 W. Hudson Road. The wallet was inside a purse in an office there and a debit card from it had been used, the caller told police.

• Burglary was reported at 9:07 p.m. Saturday from 2602 W. Beau Drive after a person pulled up to see the garage door open, lights on and a person running away by jumping over a back fence.

• A disturbance was reported at 6:40 a.m. Saturday at 2801 W. Wellington Circle building E when a man kicked down an apartment door after an argument with a woman there. The man was found intoxicated and laying in a person's front yard t 913 S. 26th St. at 6:59 a.m. He was arrested on outstanding warrants.

• Counterfeit money was reported at 11:13 a.m. Saturday from a bank at 2000 S. Promenade Blvd.

• A woman called police at 9:51 p.m. Friday to report a naked and injured man on a front porch at 4203 W. Blossom Way Drive. The man told Rogers police he'd been beaten with a broom handle, hit with a pistol, stripped and dumped in Rogers after a drug deal gone bad in Fayetteville.

Springdale

• Breaking and entering was reported at 2:25 p.m. Saturday from 3507 Lafayette.

• Theft of a vehicle was reported at 4:29 a.m. Sunday from 1099 Rieff.

• Between 2:54 a.m. and 3:14 a.m. Sunday there were nine calls regarding vehicles towed from Springdale Civic Center, 2323 S. Old Missouri.

Rogers

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 8:23 a.m. Saturday from 401 N. 35th St.

• A three vehicle accident was reported Friday at 3:15 p.m. from Dixieland and Magnolia Street.

Springdale

• An injury accident was reported at 11:22 p.m. Saturday from Interstate 49.
