Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Dustin Givens Chandler, 30, of 3251 Woodbridge Road in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with a felony parole violation, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Chandler was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bethel Heights

• Noel Perez, 34, of 193 Joy Carol Loop in Bethel Heights was arrested Monday in connection with felony aggravated assault on a family or household member and misdemeanor third-degree domestic battery. Perez was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Dakota Slaughter, 22, of 1101 S. Curtis Ave. and Raymond Slaughter Jr., 42, of 3700 Carley Road in Springdale were arrested Monday in connection with terroristic threatening and third-degree assault on a family member. Both were being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Johnson

• Courtney Edwards, 27, of 1153 N. Weston Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with violating probation. She was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $990 bond.

Springdale

• Stormy Lane, 25, of 2355 S. Razorback Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with felonies theft by receiving, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Lane was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday with no bond set.

• Julio Gonzales, 36, of Park Lake Apt. G 45 in Fayetteville, was arrested Sunday in connection with felony theft by receiving. Gonzales was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday with no bond set.

• Zackary Howard, 27, of 4751 W. Don Tyson Parkway in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with felonies theft by receiving, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, flight from an officer in a vehicle and misdemeanors possession of a controlled substance, prohibited weapon brass knuckles and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Howard was in the Washington County Detention Center Monday with no bond set.

• Assault was reported at 2:04 a.m. Sunday from 3408 S.E. Moberly Lane.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 8:20 a.m. Sunday from 5206 S.W. Ridgemont Road.

• Assault was reported at 10:36 a.m. Sunday from 2202 S.W. Montana Ave.

• Burglary was reported at 11:46 a.m. Sunday from 503 S.E. Eighth St.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 2:09 p.m. Sunday from 1905 S.W. Redwood Ave.

• A burglary and theft of a laptop and jewelry were reported at 5:28 p.m. Sunday at 3054 N. Raven Lane.

• Theft of a phone was reported at 7:36 p.m. Sunday at South Royal Oaks Parkway and West Wynstone Drive.

• A vehicle break-in was reported at 9:58 p.m. Sunday at 203 E. 13th St. Medications were reported stolen.

• A burglary was reported at 1:10 a.m. Monday at 407 W. Lawson St.

• Vehicle break-ins were reported Monday morning at 2451 and 2387 E. Ferguson Ave. and at 2449 N. Birmingham Place.

Rogers

• A disturbance was reported at 7:45 p.m. Sunday at 5163 W. Sussex Lane.

• A 48-year-old man was arrested for harassment and public intoxication after a woman reported he came to her door, grabbed her and asked if she wanted to have sex.

Springdale

• A break-in was reported Sunday at 1375 Market Square Drive.

• A break-in was reported Sunday at 1786 S. Pleasant St.

Accident

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• A Toyota Corolla became high centered in a construction area at 11:43 p.m. Friday at Paul Pratt Road and Arkansas 62 in Garfield. No one was injured.

• A wreck between two trucks was reported at 4:17 p.m. Sunday from 1800 E. Centerton Blvd. in Centerton The trucks blocked one lane of traffic at light near the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market.

Bentonville

• A wreck was reported at 3 p.m. Sunday from Northeast J Street and Price Coffee Road.

• An injury accident was reported at 3:58 p.m. Sunday from 3103 S. Walton Blvd.

Rogers

• A 42-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man were hospitalized after a wreck was reported at 5:07 p.m. Friday on Interstate-49 north of the Pleasant Grove exit in the southbound lane.

Springdale

• Three people were taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale and one person was taken to Willow Creek Women's Hospital after a two vehicle accident Saturday at the intersection of Don Tyson Parkway and Old Missouri Road.

Fire

Rogers

• Burnt pancakes set off a fire alarm at 10:52 a.m. Friday at 2401 S. 12th Place.

• A man found himself apologizing to firefighters after they responded to report of a car fire at 804 Asher Court at 5:54 p.m. Saturday. A neighbor met them and said he'd created a computerized picture of smoke and flames of his neighbor's car and sent it to him. The prankster told firefighters he tried to explain to the neighbor it was a joke, but the owner of the car already had called 911.

• Unauthorized burning was reported at 10:04 a.m. Sunday from 930 S. 25th St.; at 12:22 p.m. Sunday from Lela Street and Dixieland Road; and leaves burning at 4:43 p.m. Sunday from 1610 S. 15th Place. All persons were instructed to get a burn permit and they put out the fires they had started.
