Police investigate Little Rock shooting

Authorities are investigating a Friday afternoon shooting in Little Rock.

Officers responded to a call about a shooting in the 2700 block of Stratton Avenue about 4:17 p.m., according to the Little Rock Police Department's dispatch website.

Little Rock Police Department spokesman Lt. Sidney Allen said one person was shot near Interstate 30 Frontage and Stanton roads and ran to the residence on Stratton Avenue.

The person's injuries were reported to not be life-threatening, Allen said.

Additional details about the shooting were not yet available, Allen said.
