Mary Dudley Hodges became the bride of Edward Lloyd Garrison Jr. at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 25, in Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, Forrest City, with the Rev. Peggy Barry officiating.

Parents of the bride are Lindsay and Dave Hodges of Forrest City. Her grandparents are the late Sallie and Jack Bridgforth and the late Linda and Vincent Harrington, all also of Forrest City.

The groom is the son of Ferris and Lloyd Garrison, 115 Miramar. He is the grandson of Vedonia and the late Carl F. Garrison and the late Helen and Dr. Wheaton Ferris Cook, all of Little Rock.

The altar held arrangements of white hydrangeas, white peonies, white and pale pink roses, seeded eucalyptus and dendrobium orchids. Music was by organist Linda Carter and soloist Kathy Meredith.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory gown of satin with an overlay of tulle embellished with lace appliques. The sleeveless bodice had a V-neckline and back, and the A-line skirt extended from a beaded belt to a chapel train. She carried a bouquet of white peonies, peach roses, hydrangeas and dusty miller.

Elizabeth Bridgforth Hodges of Forrest City was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jessica Burkett of Wynne; Amanda Cook and Alyson Schilling, both of Little Rock; Drew Keller of North Little Rock, sister of the groom; Lauren McCaslin of Lexington, Ky.; Alison Pantuso of Columbia, Mo.; and Sarah Parker of Forrest City. They wore gowns of champagne-colored chiffon with shirred illusion bodices and softly gathered skirts. Their bouquets were filled with hydrangeas, roses, freesia and dusty miller.

Wren Van Ness of Fayetteville was a flower girl and ring bearer was Campbell Renner of Austin, Texas.

Charles Watson Van Ness of Fayetteville served as best man. Groomsmen were Robert Feltus, William Harper III, Adam Raines and Zachary Roth, all of Little Rock; Austin Knapp and John Knapp, both of Greenville, S.C., and cousins of the groom; Joshua McCaslin of Fayetteville; and Stephen Howe of Bentonville. Guests were seated by Andrew Allbritton of Little Rock and Alfred Keller III of North Little Rock.

A reception at Forrest City Country Club followed the ceremony. The foyer held arrangements of white hydrangeas, white and peach roses and cymbidium orchids. Music was by Memphis Soul Revue.

The bride graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a bachelor's degree in food science and a master's degree in health science. She also graduated with high honors and a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Health Professions. She is a dental hygienist.

The groom graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor's degree in construction management. He is a project manager with CDI Contractors.

After a honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, the couple will make their home in Little Rock.
