Gov. Asa Hutchinson has appointed four people to serve on the Arkansas Workforce Task Force, a group that will look for ways to increase state employee retention.
The members are: former Rep. Ann Clemmer of Benton; Tori Gordon of Little Rock; Sheila Gunter of Beebe and Willie Jones of Malvern.
Act 1068 mandated the creation of the task force. Among other things, the task force will make "recommendations for legislation, rules and policy changes that the state could take to increase state employee workforce retention."
The task force's final report is due by Dec. 31, 2016.
