Huckabee sets cross-country fundraising schedule

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee has released a spate of fundraising stops planned around the country over the next few weeks as his presidential campaign gets underway.

The schedule includes stops in Arizona, New York, Texas, Tennessee and Washington, D.C., as well as Arkansas, where Huckabee will campaign in five cities including Little Rock.

The announcement comes a day after Huckabee formally entered the presidential race at an event in Hope. He was expected to make campaign appearances in Iowa on Wednesday, his first full day as a candidate for the 2016 Republican nomination, and also Thursday.
