Siloam Springs saw its postseason dreams end Tuesday with a loss to Russellville. The Panthers (4-18, 2-10) and Alma each finished 7A/6A-Central Conference play with 2-4 records against 6A teams, but Alma holds the head-to-head tiebreaker advantage and earned the final seed to the Class 6A State Tournament. The Panthers wrap up their season on Friday by hosting Little Rock Catholic in a league doubleheader.

RUSSELLVILLE 10, SILOAM SPRINGS 9
Russellville clinched the third and final playoff spot from the 6A-Central by rallying to beat Siloam Springs 10-9 on Tuesday in Russellville. The Lady Panthers (3-19, 0-12 7A/6A-Central) finished 0-6 vs. Class 6A competition. They needed to have beaten Russellville by four runs to earn a playoff berth. The Lady Panthers appeared to be on their way early in the game, leading 6-1 and 9-3 after Morgan Pack hit a threerun home run and drove in another run. Russellville pulled within 9-8 going into the bottom of the seventh. The game was delayed after a Siloam Springs player needed medical attention, and Russellville scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh to win the game. Siloam Springs is scheduled to play at Rogers Heritage today and host Mount St. Mary in a conference doubleheader to end the season on Friday.
SPRINGDALE HAR-BER 7, FORT SMITH NORTHSIDE 1
The Lady Wildcats broke away from a 1-1 tie with six runs over the final two innings to claim a big 7A-West Conference win. Har-Ber scored two runs in the fifth and four more in the sixth to earn the win. Tiffany Ray homered and drove in a pair of runs for the Lady Wildcats. Kelsey Hamlin was 2 for 4, and Morgan Neal scored three runs and drove in a pair for Har-Ber. Emily Stockalper earned the win in the circle, allowing just four hits with seven strikeouts.

The Lady Panthers outshot Russellville 3-2 in penalty kicks to win Tuesday’s 7A/6A-Central Conference matchup between Class 6A teams. With the victory, Siloam Springs (11-3, 4-3 7A/6A-Central) improved to 3-1 against Class 6A competition in conference play and secured a No. 1 seed in the Class 6A State Tournament, which will be held May 14-16 in Searcy. The Lady Panthers will play at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 15, in the quarterfinals versus the winner of the May 14 game beween the South No. 4 seed and East No. 3 seed.
