A live audition date for American Idol's final season is set for this summer in North Little Rock, the show announced on its website Tuesday.
The audition will be held at Verizon Arena on Aug. 8 for season 15 of the show, the website states.
Those who want to audition should bring two forms of identification to the audition and will be given a wristband and seat ticket for the event, according to the website. One person may accompany those who plan to audition.
Ryan Seacrest, the show's host, tweeted the list of live audition cities on Tuesday afternoon.
An official start time for the audition is not listed, but audition information on American Idol's website states that it should start no later than 8 a.m. Overnight camping will not be allowed inside or outside the audition venues, the website states.
Competition for the next season of American Idol is scheduled to begin in October, November or December, according to the website.
