Parents of the bride are Cathy and John Allen IV, 3820 Foxcroft Road. Her grandparents are Francis and Carl Gessler and the late Margaret Robinson Gessler, all of Hot Springs, and the late Carolyn and John Allen III of Greers Ferry.

Robin and Bill Shea of Dumas are the parents of the groom. He is the grandson of the late Doris Stout Cobb of Pine Bluff and the late Matsy and Thomas Francis Shea of Dumas.

The chancel held cascading arrangements of white dendrobium orchids, tulips, peonies and ivy. The family pews were marked with bouquets of white tulips and peonies.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a satin ballgown. The sleeveless bodice of illusion over satin was embellished with lace and the full skirt extended from a pleated waistline to a cathedral-length train. She carried an all-white bouquet of lily of the valley, lilac and stephanotis.

Serving as the bride's honor attendants were Megan Allen Irwin and Laura Gessler Allen, both of Little Rock and sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Anne-Elizabeth Wynne, Emile Snyder, Lyndsey Allen and Adele Shea, sister of the groom, all of Little Rock; Alex Davis of Fayetteville; Katherine Cloud of Dallas; Ellen Doramus of Houston; Meredith Lee of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and Grace Morrison of Atlanta. They wore dove-colored silk gowns with draped sweetheart necklines and full skirts and carried bouquets of white tulips and indigo hyacinths.

The father of the groom was best man. Groomsmen were Garrett Davis, Charles Dearman, Matthew Flemister, Fletcher Smith, Grant Wynne and John Allen V, brother of the bride, all of Little Rock; Andrew Walters and Max Flemister, both of Dumas; Tanner Morrell of Bentonville; and Will Wilson of Memphis. Guests were seated by Price Boney and Chance Creighton of Dumas; Alex Abernathy and Brendan Sherrer, both of Fayetteville; Taylor Smith of Chicago; and Sadler Morrison of Little Rock.

A reception at the Country Club of Little Rock followed the ceremony. Guest tables held garden-style arrangements of white tulips and peonies in a mixture of tall silver stands and low silver bowls. Tall arrangements on the buffet included tulips, peonies, dendrobium orchids, ivy and indigo hyacinth. Music was by Funky Town Band of Memphis.

The bride graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a bachelor's degree in human environmental sciences. She is a paralegal at Fuqua Campbell P.A.

The groom graduated from the university with a bachelor's degree in agricultural food and life sciences, agribusiness management and marketing. He is a marketing commodity specialist at Riceland Inc.

After a wedding trip to Turks and Caicos Islands, the couple will live in Little Rock.
