Rutledge is taking AG office on road

The Arkansas attorney general's office will hit the road again later this month, offering help to victims of scam artists and answering questions about the office.

Republican Attorney General Leslie Rutledge announced Tuesday that her office will set up mobile office visits at six different cities towards the end of the month.

The road trip is meant to make the office more available to citizens, Rutledge has said.

Thursday

• Waldron, Waldron City Hall, 9 a.m. through 11 a.m.

• Fort Smith, Fort Smith Public Library, 12:30 p.m. through 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday

• Searcy, Carmichael Community Center, 9 a.m. through noon.

• Jacksonville, Jacksonville City Hall, 1:30 p.m. through 3:30 p.m.

May 29

• Piggott, Clay County Courthouse, 9 a.m. through 11 a.m.

• Pocahontas, Pocahontas Community Center, 12:30 p.m. through 3:30 p.m.
