• Trevor Allen McKinley, 44, of 788 S. Silverado No. 306 in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of firearm by certain persons, failure to appear and revoke of suspended sentence or probation. McKinley was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Charles Duncan Key, 44, of 9901 Spring Valley in Bentonville was arrested Saturday in connection with armed criminal action, first degree assault on a family or household member, theft of property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of firearm by certain persons. Key was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Mark James Smith, 48, of 690 Island Ford Road in Inman, S.C., was arrested Saturday in connection with theft of property. Smith was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Devin James Dixon, 20, of 1607 W. Dogwood in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, following too closely and no tag light. Dixon was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robert Corneilus Williams, 46, of 1199 Grant Ave. in Decatur was arrested Friday in connection with a parole violation and battery in the third degree. Williams was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Brent Young, 23, 962 W. Laurel Ave. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Saturday.

• Ken Kelwan, 40, 109 E. Adobe St. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and six misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,000 bond and a hold from another department Saturday.

• Stephen Johnson, 28, 3412 Clabber Creek Blvd. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Saturday.

• Kayla Lee, 31, of McAlester, Okla., was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Saturday.

• Patty Farrell, 39, 260 N. Lapis Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and three misdemeanor offenses. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Saturday.

• David Lee, 33, 1614 W. Commercial in Buffalo, Mo., was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Saturday.

• Russell Laquentin Moncure, 26, of 2429 W. Gum St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with terroristic threatening in the first degree and domestic battering in the third degree. Moncure was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Enrique Zavala-Martinez, 32, of 409 Hatfield Lane in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with sexual assault in the second degree. Zavala-Martinez was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with a $30,000 bond set.

• Christopher Bartlett, 18, 700 E. Parks St. in Prairie Grove, Ark., was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Saturday.

• Souvenir Kabua, 20, 1305 Krutcher St., Apt. F2, in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond and holds from other departments.

• Haylen Thomas, 20, 5911 Tackett Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Saturday.

• Diana Donohew, 41, 3402 Backus Ave. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of violation of probation or a suspended sentence. She was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.
