20 cited during Riverfest, police report

Twenty people were arrested or cited on 36 charges during this year's Riverfest, Little Rock police said Wednesday.

Only three of those charged were over the age of 21, according to Little Rock Police Department reports. Three of them were between 18 and 21, and 14 were minors.

The charges break down as follows, according to police reports:

• 11 obstruction of governmental operations charges

• 7 minor in possession of alcohol charges

• 5 possession of an instrument of crime charges

• 3 fleeing charges

• 2 unknowingly furnishing alcohol to a minor charges

• 2 public intoxication charges

• 2 resisting arrest chargers

• 1 contributing to the delinquency of a minor charge

• 1 minor attempting to obtain alcohol charge

• 1 possessing fraudulent identification charge

• 1 disorderly conduct charge

Authorities in 2014 reported 78 people were arrested on 139 charges during the three-day music festival in downtown Little Rock.
