Benton County Sheriff's Office

• James Early Raby, 42, of 37 Barnes Road in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony aggravated assault and felony possession of firearms by certain persons, misdemeanor first-degree assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Raby was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on $17,500 bond.

• John Russell Johansen, 22, of 1403 W. New Hope Road in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with two misdemeanor counts of contempt, possession of a schedule I or II counterfeit substance, revocation of a suspended sentence or probation and felony possession of firearms by certain persons. Johansen was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $1,715.

Bentonville

• Nicholas Tovia Hamlin, 20, of 437 W. Spring in Centerton was arrested Wednesday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Hamlin was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Terrence Brown, 22, of 174 N. Boxley Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and three misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,930 bond Wednesday.

• Kenneth Bonwell, 31, of 1405 Bryan St. in Lincoln was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering, possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.

• Derek Byrd, 32, of 601 W. Easy St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with violation of probation or a suspended sentence and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center on $4,345 in bonds and two holds from other departments Wednesday.

Rogers

• Levi Scott Henderson, 30, of 3520 Shady Hills Circle in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia connected to methamphetamine or cocaine, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Henderson was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Travis Goodman, 30, of 11757 Elk Ridge Road in Wesley was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault, second-degree domestic battering, second-degree battery, fleeing and two misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,050 bond Wednesday.

• Jeremiah Hendrix, 23, of 130 Madison 2261 in Huntsville was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond and a $2,500 bond Wednesday.

Fire

Rogers

• Firefighters were called to a railroad crossing near New Hope Road at 11:49 a.m. Tuesday for smoldering railroad ties.

• A fire in a motor home was reported at 8:49 p.m. Tuesday from 219 E. Poplar St. A small pull-style camper was burning near buildings when firefighters arrived.

• Burnt popcorn set off fire alarms on the sixth floor of Holiday Inn, 803 S. 52nd St., at 2:40 a.m. Saturday.

• Burnt pretzels triggered an alarm at 11:44 a.m. Saturday from 2203 S. Promenade Blvd. No fire was found.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• A wreck was reported at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday from 15966 Hickory Drive in Rogers after a school bus was hit in the windows by a the ladder from a utility truck. No children were on the bus.

Bentonville

• An injury accident was reported at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday from 2400 N. Walton Blvd.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 3:52 p.m. Tuesday from 701 S.E. J St.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 3:18 p.m. Tuesday from 406 S. Walton Blvd.

• An injury accident was reported at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday from the intersection of Central Avenue and McCollum Road.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 12:46 p.m. Tuesday from 805 S.E. Moberly Lane.

Rogers

• A 29-year-old woman was hospitalized after an accident on Interstate 49 in Rogers reported at 5:33 p.m. Tuesday.

• Four people were hospitalized after an accident reported at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday from near Arkansas 12 and Piney Road. A 56-year-old woman, 45-year-old woman, 12-year-old girl and 11-year-old girl were all taken to Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville.

• A car drove through the front window of EZ Mart, 723 N. 13th St., near the intersection of 13th and Olive streets at 10:23 a.m. Tuesday. It was initially reported the car was smoking, but it didn't catch fire or structurally damage the building.

• A four-car accident was reported at 7:36 a.m. Tuesday from 2001 S. Eighth St.

• A wreck involving a possible overdose was reported at 5:06 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Eighth Street and New Hope Road.

• A 56-year-old woman was hospitalized after an accident at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of New Hope Road and Financial.

• A 42-year-old woman was hospitalized after a wreck reported at 3:07 a.m. Monday from 2409 Monte Ne Road.

• An 81-year-old woman was hospitalized after a wreck at 12:12 p.m. Sunday near 901 S. Eighth St.

Springdale

• A 62-year-old man was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale after a two-vehicle accident at 2:11 p.m. Tuesday near Bloomington Street in Lowell.

• A stolen vehicle was reported at 7:29 a.m. Wednesday at 3877 W. Crystal Downs St., Apt. 201.

• Public intoxication was reported at 1:04 a.m. Wednesday from Walmart, 4208 S. Pleasant Crossing Blvd., after an intoxicated man roamed the store looking for his glasses.

• Burglary and theft of tools stolen last week was reported at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday from 6000 W. Nobel St.

• Theft was reported at 11:19 a.m. Tuesday from 511 W. Walnut St. A person from Bella Vista said an unauthorized tip was added to their bill.

• A car borrowed and not returned was reported at 11:11 a.m. Tuesday from 800 E. Post Road. The car had been missing since Friday, the owner told police.

• Theft involving a credit card was reported at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday from 4705 N. Second St.

• Burglary was reported at 10:18 a.m. Tuesday form 707 S. Rochelle Court after a neighbor told a resident someone in a black Honda stopped their car in the street, ran into his garage and stole a leaf blower.

• Commercial burglary was reported at 10:09 a.m. Tuesday from 803 W. Lilac St. A caller later told police they found blood and a shoe print at the salon.

• Theft of medication was reported at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday from 915 S. Eighth St.

• Burglary was reported at 8 a.m. Tuesday form Metro PCS, 2010 W. Walnut St. Thieves broke in the back door and pried open the safe.

• Indecent exposure was reported at 7:57 a.m. Tuesday from ABC Happy Kids, 2808 W. Walnut St., after a person saw a man walking down the street exposing himself.
