The warrant was issued through Pulaski County District Court, according to court records.

Taylor is due in court today at 9:30 a.m. before Pulaski County Circuit Judge Leon Johnson for a status report and hearing in separate cases, court records show.

Deputies were called to the Oasis Renewal Center at 14913 Cooper Orbit Road at 7:13 p.m. May 13 for a battery report, according to a Pulaski County sheriff's office report.

Clinical director David Bradshaw told deputies he "had reason to believe" that Taylor had possibly hit Jason Condon, another resident at the alcohol and drug treatment center just west of Little Rock, the report said.

Bradshaw said that staff member Tammy Jones had contacted him earlier about Condon being injured and finding Condon on the hallway floor, the report said. Bradshaw told deputies that Condon had been transported by Jones to Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.

There were no witnesses to how Condon was injured, but Taylor and another resident reported Condon's injuries to Jones, the report said.

The resident said he was sitting in his room with the door open and heard what sounded like someone falling, the report said. The resident stepped into the hallway and saw Condon sitting on the floor and Taylor standing a short distance away.

The resident told deputies Taylor asked Condon why he kept bothering him. But when asked if he saw Taylor hit Condon, the resident said he didn't.

Interviewed at the hospital, Condon told a deputy that he "had no memory of the incident and couldn't advise who hit him."

Deputies told Bradshaw that because there were no witnesses and Condon couldn't identify his assailant, no arrest would be made at that time.

Taylor already faces charges from two other arrests. He was arrested at his North Little Rock home in August over accusations he shot his cousin there and threatened another man.

Taylor faces first-degree battery and first-degree terroristic threatening charges in the shooting.

In January, Taylor was arrested after Little Rock police said he fired several shots and threatened a family of five at Little Rock's Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade.

Taylor was charged with first-degree terroristic threatening, possession of a controlled substance and five counts of aggravated assault.

A psychiatrist who subsequently treated Taylor testified in February that he likely had brain damage from boxing, which doctors said affects his ability to control himself when using marijuana or alcohol.

The International Boxing Federation stripped Taylor of his middleweight world title in early February on grounds that his legal troubles prevented him from making a mandatory title defense.
