A 48-year-old Paris man died after the tractor-trailer he was driving veered off a road in Sebastian County, according to an Arkansas State Police report.
Carl Willis Fowble Jr. was traveling west on Arkansas 10 at Old Chismville Road about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday when his tractor-trailer left the roadway and struck a fence.
Travel conditions at the time of the one-vehicle accident were described as foggy and dry.
The death was the 430th in a traffic crash in Arkansas so far this year, according to preliminary figures.
