A Hot Springs man was arrested Tuesday night after a 3-month-old child was brought to the hospital with serious injuries, police said.
The Hot Springs Police Department said in a news release that James Page is being held at the Garland County jail on a $1 million bond. He faces a charge of first-degree domestic battery.
Police say the Page's son was brought to Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock with a burn to his neck, a broken left collar bone, rib fractures and multiple bruises to his face and head.
Page was booked into jail shortly before 11 p.m. A Nov. 17 court date is set.
