3 killed in separate accidents on Arkansas roads

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — Arkansas State Police say a pedestrian was one of three people killed in separate auto accidents on state roadways.

A state police report says 21-year-old Jaythorne Joel Pyle of Hot Springs died Friday while walking across the onramp to Martin Luther King Expressway in Hot Springs. The report says an eastbound vehicle entered the onramp and struck Pyle.

Also on Friday, 35-year-old Lehman Johnson of Pocahontas was killed when the motorcycle he was riding went off a road in a curve and crashed into a tree in Pocahontas. And Tony Price of Branch died Friday when the pickup truck he was driving went off Highway 41 in Franklin County and struck a tree.
