2 in North Little Rock arrested over Rx forgeries

Two people were arrested Saturday afternoon after police said they tried to fill forged prescriptions at a North Little Rock pharmacy.

An arrest report said Jeffrey Jarboe, 31, and Celsey Lemons-Hoots, 31, both of North Little Rock, tried to fill the prescriptions from two different doctors for Baclofen and Oxycodone at Medicine Man Pharmacy, 2520 Main St.

Jarboe, who the report said was also in possession of eight Xanax pills, six Methadone pills and a marijuana cigarette, was arrested on two counts of attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Lemons-Hoots was arrested on two counts of attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud.

Both were booked into the Pulaski County jail, but neither was listed on the jail's roster Tuesday night.
