Several businesses have recently located on Main Street in North Little Rock, commercial real estate firm Newmark Grubb Arkansas said Thursday.
314 Main LLC, led by John Chandler, has completed the renovation of a 9,000 square-foot space at 314-316 Main St., Newmark Grubb said. Two businesses occupy the two floors of the building -- Skinny J's Restaurant on the first floor and Bourbon and Boots, an online retail store, on the second floor.
Three other businesses have leased space on the 400 block of Main Street -- Maddox, a women's clothing boutique; Rock City Werks/Argenta Gallery, an art studio; and Core Brewery.
Another firm led by Chandler, 7th Street LLC, bought four buildings in the 700 block of Main Street and will begin renovations soon, Newmark Grubb said.
