Little Rock police were investigating a shooting Thursday night that left one man in serious condition.
Police were called to the 1800 block of West 15th Street shortly after 8 p.m. One man had been shot multiple times and was transported to a local hospital in serious condition, said Lt. Steven McClanahan, spokesman for the department.
McClanahan said the shooter fled on foot, and police did not have a description of the person Thursday night.
The street, which is next to Centennial Park, was roped off with crime scene tape. McClanahan said investigators had found multiple shell casings and were in the process of interviewing witnesses.
