Little Rock firefighters called police Wednesday night to report a naked man running near the fire station on East Roosevelt Road, according to an arrest report.

When Little Rock police officers arrived at Station 13, firefighters pointed out Ronald Adams, 29, of Little Rock. When officers approached Adams at East Roosevelt Road and Barber Street, he sat down on the street, the report said.

Adams' pupils were dilated and he was "extremely jittery, very slow to answer questions and lethargic," the arrest report said. Officers also said Adams had a glass pipe.

Adams was arrested at 8:15 p.m. and booked into the Pulaski County jail on charges of public intoxication and possessing an instrument of a crime.
