Two unofficial visitors for Arkansas' game against Mississippi State left Fayetteville with good news.

Louisiana-Monroe offensive line commitment Samuel Williams, 6-7, 275 of Bearden said offensive line Coach Sam Pittman extended an invitation to join the program as a preferred walk-on. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Pittman also extended a preferred walk-on invite to offensive lineman Walker Reed, 6-7, 300 of Norman, (Okla.). Norman North. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Junior quarterback Jacob Free, 6-5, 200, 4.7 of Brantley, Alabama plans to attend Arkansas' game against Missouri on Friday. He has offers from UAB and Troy while drawing interest from Arkansas, Florida State, Mississippi State and numerous others.

Free completed 152 of 279 passes for 2,748 and 35 touchdowns while throwing 12 interceptions. He rushed 44 times for 270 yards and 7 touchdowns. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Junior Jonathan Adams Jr. of Jonesboro had 5 receptions for 53 yards.

Despite an ankle injury, Hog quarterback commit Cole Kelley of Lafayette, (La.) Teurlings Catholic was 13 of 27 for 274 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Running back D'Vaughn Pennamon of Manvel, Texas scored 5 touchdowns and set a school rushing record with 365 yards in a 70-56 victory over Clear Creek.

Greenwood linebacker Grant Morgan had 13 tackles, 6 of them solo and 4 tackles for loss. He also punted once for 54 yards.

Prairie Grove tight end Dylan Soehner had 5 catches for 64 yards and a touchdown.

Unofficial- Arkansas receiver commit Kofi Boateng of Arlington, (Texas) Lamar had 2 receptions for 57 yards and a touchdown in a 42-35 win.

LR McClellan junior athlete Pierre Strong rushed 18 times for 218 yards and 3 touchdowns. He also had 2 receptions for 43 yards and a score.

Rivercrest running back Cecil Langston had 45 carries for 437 yards and 7 touchdowns.
